You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is provided through Microsoft Entra External ID.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing electronic and text-message communications (such as the TCPA and CTIA guidelines). You will not use the Services to send unlawful, unsolicited, or prohibited content.
If you opt in, The DNS Group may send you recurring account and service text messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.
Paid features are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The DNS Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
